I'm presently 56 years old and since age 6, good food and great health has been my life's passion.
My love of food and it's preparation has been a natural gift. As a a past member of the American Culinary Association, I have been able to express that gift artistically to the world, and as a member of the American Counsel on Exercise I have been able to teach the love of Food and Fitness...

In all I've had 33 professional years in food and fitness serving the Public professionally for the past 20 years.

 Presently  the last 12 years I have been working with Virgin Active in Cape Town South Africa.
